Prof. Elad Finkelstein

Dean of the Law School

Prof. Elad Finkelstein

has a Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University, Faculty of Law. Finkelstein is a lawyer, mediator, and lecturer in in-service training for judges and in-service training for legal assistants in the field of contract law. Additionally, he is a Member of the Uniform Contracts Tribunal.

Dr. Naomi Ferziger

Dr. Naomi Ferziger

Trained as an occupational therapist at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in NY, Dr. Ferziger gained clinical expertise in Israel working with physically and cognitively challenged children and young adults, including serving as OT department head at ALEH. After earning her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Bar- Ilan University, she joined OAC and headed the OT program for seven years. As a veteran immigrant, she is dedicated to building OAC's new international school into a leading institution for training students from abroad and integrating them into the local workforce and culture.

Prof. Arieh Gavious

Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and the School of Science and Technology

Prof. Arieh Gavious

He has served as the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration since 2017 and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Technion, as well as a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. Previously a full professor at Ben-Gurion University, his expertise lies in game theory applications in economics, auctions, and decision-making under uncertainty. He also provides economic consulting and expert opinions on conflict and risk modeling.

Prof. Shlomo Noy

Prof. Shlomo Noy

Professor Noy holds a Ph.D. in Health Policy and an M.D. from Hebrew University. He served in the Israeli Naval Forces and completed an M.B.A. at INSEAD. He has been Associate Dean at the Sackler School of Medicine and Vice President at Sheba Medical Center for 25 years. Currently, he chairs Tel Hashomer Ltd. He is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in clinical research and healthcare management, having published over 80 works.

Adv. Rami Tamam

Head of the International Program M.B.A Specialization in Cybersecurity and Forensics

Adv. Rami Tamam

Rami Tamam is an experienced attorney with law degrees from Tel Aviv University and Bar Ilan University, who served as a senior officer in Israel Police's Lahav 433 unit leading major financial crime and cyber investigations. He currently manages an MBA program in cyber forensics at Ono Academic College and provides his expertise to public and private sector clients worldwide.

Prof. Tova Hartman

Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

Prof. Tova Hartman

Tova’s latest book, *Are You Not a Man of God?* (Oxford), examines Jewish theology through feminist theory. She won a National Jewish Book Award for *Feminism Encounters Jewish Tradition* (Brandeis) and authored *Appropriately Subversive* (Harvard). A founder of Shira Hadasha, the first Orthodox egalitarian synagogue in Jerusalem, Tova continues to publish and speak widely.

Yaron Gottfried

Conductor, pianist, composer, and Director of the School of Music – a versatile musician bridging classical and contemporary music. Recipient of the Prime Minister's Award for Composers (2014), his works are published by SIKORSKI and performed worldwide. His composition "La Folia" was chosen for the 2023 Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition, cementing his global influence on classical and modern music. V

is an author, community lawyer, and the dean of multicultural campuses. He was previously the dean of the Faculty of Law at Ono Academic College. In addition to his academic roles, Elbashan is also a presenter of current affairs programs on Channel 2 and Channel 1.

Dr. Rivi Cohen

Dr. Rivi Cohen is the Vice President and Senior Lecturer at Ono’s Law Faculty. She holds a Ph.D. in insurance law from Bar Ilan University and has experience as a lawyer specializing in professional liability insurance. Additionally, she serves on the boards of several public companies.

Prof. Shmuel Hauser

Vice President for Research and Development Professor Hauser is a prominent expert in finance and capital markets, serving as a full professor at Ben-Gurion University and a former Dean at Ono Academic College. He has published extensively in leading U.S. journals on topics such as corporate finance, market regulation, and corporate governance, significantly advancing the understanding of the Israeli capital market.

Prof. Shira Yalon Chamovitz

Prof. Shira Yalon Chamovitz

An occupational therapist and expert in cognitive accessibility, he heads the Israeli Institute for Cognitive Accessibility at the Ami Association and Ono Academic College. She has created a unique model for accessibility for individuals with intellectual disabilities and lectures globally on the subject.
